Arrival: Clients for the day spa should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to complete a consultation form and allow you to change and enjoy our relax lounge. Please note we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule. This means if you arrive late, unfortunately we can offer only the time remaining of your treatment.
What to wear: We will provide a robe, slippers, and a locker to secure your personal items. During treatments you may wear your own underwear if you prefer but disposable underwear is available. Our professional therapists are trained to drape you appropriately to maintain your privacy at all times.
In the Spa: The spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility. We ask you to respect other clients' right to privacy and quiet. Please leave your mobile phone off.
Cancellation/Postponement: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule. We kindly ask you to provide us with 24 hours notice. If no notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred, gift vouchers will be void.
